W2 IT Solutions was formed in August 2014 as a sideline project.\u00a0 With some 18 years in the IT industry and having spent nearly 10 years in the consulting environment, both public and private sector, it was time for a new challenge – his own business!\u00a0 A daunting thought to say the least, but Chris is always up for a challenge.\u00a0 In January 2016, it became the full time focus of the founder Chris Wentworth.<\/p>\n

Our focus areas are in bespoke development of management systems which pull together existing systems and provide meaningful management reports.\u00a0 Current projects include asset management and stock control.\u00a0 These will extend into HR and tracking integration modules as the project grows.\u00a0 The projects use a combination of technologies including mobile applications to bring the solutions together.<\/p>\n

We work closely with our clients to provide them with the system that they need to solve their business problems.\u00a0 In true IT style, we change with the growth of the client and assist them in the achieving their goals by making their IT work better for them.<\/p>\n

Nicolene studied HR at PE Tecnikon (now NMMU).\u00a0 \u00a0She has over 10 years experience in various industries in a variety of HR functions including payroll, HR, IR, disciplinary and CCMA cases.\u00a0 After a few years sabbatical raising her 2 children during their formative years, she has returned to the industry as an HR specialist.\u00a0 She assists clients with HR functions from disciplinary hearings to contracts and HR policies and procedures.\u00a0 She also takes care of the admin of W2 as well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
